2. Create an eating timetable
By creating a timetable for when you’re going to eat certain meals, you’ll be much more likely not to forget. A great way to do this is by simply writing down the names of all your meals and snacks on a piece of paper, and then placing it somewhere you can see it by simply glancing at your dashboard. This will help you remember when you’re supposed to eat, as well as remind you of what food is included in each meal.
For a person who likes sleeping in on Sundays, just think about how much healthier it would be if you went to bed on time! This is much easier said than done for most people though, so consider setting an alarm for the time you usually go to bed that repeats itself over and over again until it goes off.
